XM-DAC-6-4-012800-01-0 AICS - Italian Agency for Cooperation and Development The proposed initiative seeks to support the development and expansion of training and research capacity in the field of Armenian cultural heritage conservation and restoration. The proposal aims to meet the requests of Local Authorities for additional technical assistance in planning opportunities for local and international Experts to share experiences and knowledge through thematic workshops, seminars, and other types of transversal training. The training experiences will include specific themes related to the diversity and richness of Armenian cultural heritage, with the option of integrating theory with the "laboratory" learning formula. These theoretical experiences will be supplemented by thematic paths of study on the practical application of some tools already supplied with a focus on cultural heritage Il progetto ROCHEMP 2 nasce dalla volontà di ampliare e approfondire le capacità degli Esperti locali attraverso il trasferimento di competenze e conoscenze specifiche nel campo della conservazione e restauro, con un’attenzione specifica anche alla gestione, valorizzazione e salvaguardia delle testimonianze storico-archeologiche del Paese. L’iniziativa proposta si propone di proseguire ed ampliare il raggio d’intervento dei precedenti progetti, proseguendo nella creazione di un network scientifico, grazie al quale i partecipanti potranno entrare in contatto con i loro omologhi internazionali e contribuire, a loro volta, al dialogo internazionali sui temi della conservazione e restauro del patrimonio culturale, sulla sua gestione, valorizzazione e tutela. Parallelamente, al fine di capitalizzare ulteriormente i risultati ottenuti nel precedente progetto, l’iniziativa propone ulteriori occasioni di approfondimento della struttura normativa italiana in tema di formazione dei professionisti e di gestione e valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale. Three relevant scenarios/case histories will be considered, aligning with mutual interests for both the beneficiary and the donor. They are: 1. Archaeological site of Garni, Kotayk Province. Reference community: Garni Municipality. 2. Archaeological site of Dvin, Ararat Province. Reference communities: Verin Artashat and Hnaberd Municipalities. 3. Archaeological site of Aruch, Aragatsotn Province. Reference communities: Aruch and Dprevank Municipalities. Activities will be developed in the following sectors: 1. Cultural heritage protection and accessibility, and cultural tourism facilities creation. 2. Capacity building – Development of Human Capital. 3. Support of rural communities’ income – Tourism Economy. Con l’obiettivo di innescare lo sviluppo socio-economico sostenibile nelle aree rurali della Repubblica di Armenia, saranno implementate l'attrattività turistica e la competenza nel settore dell'Heritage, per la creazione e lo sviluppo di un sistema turistico integrato a beneficio delle comunità rurali che vivono vicino ai siti culturali-archeologici.
