Key activities:&#13;
Output 1.1:&#13;
- Conduct comprehensive organisational and thematic capacity assessments of CSOs/CBOs and implementing partners to inform tailored support plans.&#13;
- Develop context‑adapted capacity‑building plans and training modules (PCM, climate change, DRR, organisational development, financial management etc).&#13;
- Deliver modular trainings, coaching and mentoring, with partner‑specific action plans.&#13;
- Facilitate multi‑stakeholder consultations for annual planning, especially with youth organisations and local authorities, to co‑create climate action strategies and support.&#13;
Output 1.2:&#13;
- Convene and document regular coordination meetings supporting aligned CSOs/CBOs action and learning.&#13;
- Deliver trainings on context analysis, advocacy, and produce context maps with integrated mitigation measures.&#13;
- Facilitate co‑creation and joint advocacy processes between youth CSOs/CBOs and local authorities, including development of climate‑related advocacy strategies and action plans.&#13;
- CSOs/CBOs with practical advocacy skills, simulations, and coaching to produce knowledge products.&#13;
Output 1.3:&#13;
- Prepare, implement and monitor small grants.&#13;
- Deliver core capacity‑building support, including PCM, grant management, governance, finance and HR related topics.&#13;
- Facilitate organisational self‑assessments, preparation of Institutional development plans, and provide ongoing technical support and progress monitoring for CBOs/CSOs.&#13;
Output 2.1&#13;
- Support CSOs/CBOs to conduct context analyses to inform targeted action plans and the design of community‑based DRR/CCA and environmental initiatives.&#13;
- Organise planning workshops, alongside co‑development sessions with CSOs/CBOs, networks, youth groups and stakeholders to shape joint climate and disaster‑risk actions.&#13;
- Support CSO/CBO‑led action research on priority issues and co‑design participatory outreach events with specific groups.&#13;
- Deliver inclusive community events, analyse data, produce community‑level reports, and feed findings back to communities and authorities to inform follow‑up action.&#13;
Output 2.2&#13;
- Strengthen collaboration of CSOs/CBOs by facilitating exchanges, thematic networks, and multi‑stakeholder engagement across public/private sectors, academia and think tanks at all administrative levels.&#13;
- Build CSO/CBO and network capacities through training, coaching, exchanges and knowledge sharing.&#13;
- Organise local‑to‑regional knowledge‑sharing and networking events, and host regional/international exchanges to enable cross‑country learning.&#13;
Output 2.3 &#13;
- Build CSO/CBO and network capacities on budgeting processes, support budget reviews and monitor allocations, spending and execution for DRR/CCA/environment initiatives.&#13;
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring, including workshops, procurement and risk‑management guidance, MEAL, while supporting implementation of activities with communities.&#13;
- Execute structured engagement with authorities and wider stakeholders (private sector, academia, media) and adapt advocacy efforts using evidence from case studies, policy briefs and documentation.&#13;
Output 3.1&#13;
- Conduct advocacy workshops, debate sessions, and social‑accountability rollouts to localise messages, mobilise action, and bring community evidence into public dialogue platforms and media.&#13;
- Support and coach CSOs/CBOs on public campaigning, covering messaging, media outreach, and adapt based on reach and engagement.&#13;
- Build media collaborations by training, preparing press kits, co‑producing radio/social content, maintaining media contacts, and facilitating CSO/CBO-media partnerships.&#13;
Output 3.2&#13;
- Connect CSOs/CBOs members to multi‑level policy dialogue platforms and local/regional/national advocacy networks and support their participation.&#13;
- Support advocacy processes, including context analysis‑informed strategies, roll‑out, monitoring and adaptation.&#13;
- Facilitate collaborative development, validation and dissemination of policy briefs/position papers, and track institutional responses to inform continued advocacy.&#13;
Output 3.3&#13;
- Build CSO/CBO and network capacities in resource mobilisation, through training, stakeholder consultations and development of funding strategies, while documenting and sharing best practices and success stories.&#13;
- Strengthen social accountability by establishing community scorecards, transparency boards, grievance channels, and inclusive public reviews/audits of local plans and budgets, ensuring citizen inputs contribute to environment, DRR and climate priorities.&#13;
- Facilitate learning and exchange through reflection sessions, and feedback loops between communities, CSOs/CBOs and authorities.&#13;
- Enable multi‑stakeholder engagement by conducting stakeholder surveys, integrating results into plans, and organising forums/workshops to maintain an active climate‑adaptation dialogue platform.</narrative>
