In this way, the initiative intends to mitigate the risks of territory abandonment, thus contributing to risk reduction of desertification and hydro-geological disasters, loss of biodiversity and precious rural landscapes. The project has two major components: i) the first one, (institutional component), focuses on the increased capacity of public officials in planning and programming the development of the ANCs and the design of a comprehensive methodology; ii) the second, related to pilot projects, focuses on the field validation process of the proposed approach for the development of the ANCs. L’iniziativa intende contribuire allo sviluppo economico sostenibile e alla protezione ambientale delle aree soggette a vincoli naturali (ANC) – in conformità con l’aquis comunitario e il regolamento UE 1303/2013 – promuovendo azioni basate sull’eco-efficienza, innovazione, pari opportunità e protezione ambientale attraverso l’attivazione, il sostegno e il consolidamento di pratiche rurali sostenibili. Italian Agency for Cooperation and Development The aim of the initiative is to allow the treatment of female cancer diseases in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the incidence and mortality rates of these tumors are up to three times higher than those of European countries, although there are on-site treatment capacities. In fact, the pathologies are often found at an advanced stage, so that their treatment cannot be resolutive and non-invasive.As shown by many good practices in Europe and in Italy, the ability to care must be combined with a culture of health and prevention that leads the population towards the awareness of the need to carry out routine checks before the diseases occur, as part of health, well-being and life care. The spread of this culture allows to save many lives and treat diseases diagnosed in non-advanced phases better and in a less invasive way. This is why this initiative crosses female empowerment with health. There can be no effective treatment without a stronger women awareness about the acts necessary to preserve their own health and, with it, all their rights. This proposal come from the effective and historic collaboration between the Piedmont Region and the Canton of Zenica/Doboj in Bosnia which, in collaboration with RE.TE, have allowed to develop on site the ability to treat cancer diseases, bringing not only the resources for the preparation and allocation of the departments, but also to conduct a personnel training in Italy and on site. After years of fruitful collaboration in terms of results and relationships, the meaning of this proposal lies in the implementation of an intervention that allows to enhance what has been achieved so far, working to locally grow the culture of prevention (sensitization, dissemination, information to the population) and that the care chain of Bosnian women by the local health institutions reflects European quality standards. To do this, it is necessary to work with local associations centered in women's rights so that they become, as in our country, vehicles and sentinels of the right to health and prevention. Together with them, an information campaign will be prepared and implemented according to the standards of Italian and European organizations, that have been involved for years in the involvement of women for the right to treatment, well-being and prevention of specifically female diseases. The action plans to involve the Federal level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because all the cancer treatment centers of the Federation can share and standardize their level of prevention and care in their territories of reference. The prevention campaign will be made available to all these centers, as well as training in breast cancer screening programs. The Federal Ministry of Health has already expressed its intention and willingness to participate in work and to spread uniform standards in this field throughout the territory. A pilot breast cancer screening project will be conducted in the canton of Zenica/Doboj to serve as a case study to all centers, for the adaptation of their current procedures towards a common standard. The action will be conducted among the subjects of a partnership that has already guaranteed the achievement of important results and is recognized in Bosnia as a reference for the treatment and treatment of cancer diseases, to which will be added entities and specific realities that in Europe and Bosnia deal with women's rights. Thanks to this action, we will bring the Bosnian female population to the possibility of curing and surviving widespread diseases. Lo scopo dell'iniziativa è permettere la cura delle patologie tumorali femminili in Bosnia Erzegovina, dove i tassi di incidenza e mortalità di questi tumori sono fino a tre volte superiori a quelli dei Paesi europei, nonostante esistano in loco le capacità di cura. Infatti, le patologie vengono sovente riscontrate ad uno stadio così avanzato da non poter consentirne la cura in modo risolutivo e non invasivo.Come dimostrato da molte buone pratiche in Europa ed in Italia, la capacità di cura deve abbinarsi ad una cultura sanitaria e di prevenzione che porti la popolazione verso la coscientizzazione della necessità di effettuare controlli di routine prima che le patologie si manifestino, come parte del prendersi cura della propria salute, del proprio benessere e della propria vita. Il diffondersi di questa cultura permette di salvare molte vite e di curare meglio e in maniera meno invasiva le patologie che vengono diagnosticate in fasi non avanzate. Ecco perchè questa iniziativa incrocia l'empowerment femminile con la salute. Non vi può essere cura efficace senza una sempre più forte presa di coscienza delle donne sui gesti necessari a preservare la loro stessa salute e con essa tutti i loro diritti. Questa proposta nasce inoltre dall'efficace e storica collaborazione tra la Regione Piemonte e il Cantone di Zenica/Doboj in Bosnia che, in collaborazione con RE.TE., hanno permesso negli scorsi anni di sviluppare in loco la capacità di curare le patologie tumorali, portando non solo le risorse per la preparazione e dotazione dei reparti, ma anche di condurre una lunga formazione del personale in Italia e in loco. Dopo anni di collaborazione proficua in termini di risultati e di relazioni, il senso di questa proposta risiede quindi nell'implementazione di un intervento che permetta di valorizzare quanto sino ad ora realizzato, lavorando affinché cresca localmente la cultura della prevenzione (sensibilizzazione, diffusione, informazione alla popolazione) e che la catena di presa in carico delle donne bosniache da parte delle locali istituzioni sanitarie rispecchi gli standard di qualità europei. Per fare questo, è necessario lavorare con le locali associazioni che si occupano di diritti delle donne perché diventino, come nel nostro paese, veicolo e sentinelle del diritto alla salute e prevenzione. Insieme a loro, verrà preparata e realizzata una campagna di informazione secondo gli standard degli Enti Italiani e Europei che si occupano da anni del coinvolgimento delle donne al diritto alla cura, al benessere e alla prevenzione delle patologie specificatamente femminili. L'azione prevede di coinvolgere il livello Federale della Bosnia Erzegovina perché tutti i centri di trattamento oncologico della Federazione possano condividere ed uniformare il loro livello di prevenzione e cura nei loro territori di riferimento. La campagna di prevenzione verrà messa a disposizione di tutti questi centri,così come la formazione ai programmi di screening del tumore alla mammella. Il Ministero Federale della Salute ha già espresso la propria intenzione e disponibilità ad un lavoro partecipato e tutorato di diffusione su tutto il territorio di standard uniformi in questo campo. Nel cantone di Zenica/Doboj verrà condotto un progetto pilota di screening del tumore della mammella a che servirà come caso studio a tutti i centri per l'adattamento delle loro attuali procedure verso uno standard comune. L'azione verrà condotta tra i soggetti di un partenariato che ha già garantito il raggiungimento di importanti risultati ed è riconosciuto inBosnia come riferimento per il trattamento e cura delle patologie tumorali, ai quali si aggiungeranno enti e realtà specifiche che in Europa e Bosnia si occupano di diritti delle donne. BRAT is a 3-years initiative proposed by IPSIA (lead applicant) in partnership with Caritas Italiana and Italian Red Cross, and with the involvement of the local partners: association EMMAUS, Caritas BiH, and the Red Cross Society BiH. BiH is involved in the migration flow along the Balkan Route since 2018. In those years, the country was not able to propose efficient policies on migration nor to establish and adequate system for the hospitality of the migrants. The BiH institutions, both at national and local level, opened so far 6 Transit Camps for the hospitality, with an overall number of 5.000 beds available; the conditions within the Camps are extremely poor and not in line with the international standards. Moreover, there is still a large number of migrants (estimated in 3.000 people) without accommodation, forced to sleep in squats, abandoned buildings, or even in the forest. The conditions for the accommodation of the migrants in BiH are extremely worrying, and they lead to cyclical humanitarian crisis – such as the recent emergency situation at Lipa camp, in January 2021. This problematic scenario is produced by several factors, which can be summarized in: 1. Institutional weakness of the country, both in general and in the specific migration sector; 2. Largely spread psychological distress among the migrants; 3. Limited access to health care for the migrants; 4. Lack of competences among the staff of the institutions and organizations dealing with migration; 5. Hostile attitude of the local population towards the migrants. The project BRAT aims at impacting at political, cultural and operational levels, in order to contribute in facilitating a migration process in BiH that is better managed, safer and more responsible (general objective of the project – in line with the target 10.7 of the SDGs). It is necessary to introduce in BiH new policies, new storytelling and new structures to make the management of the migration flow more sustainable, more efficient and more in line with the international standards. BRAT will be implemented in the 3 regions of the country most involved in the migration flow: Tuzla Canton, Sarajevo Canton, and Una Sana Canton at the border with Croatia. In those regions, the project has the specific objective to strengthen and diversify the accommodation services for the migrants, to improve the health and psychological conditions, and to promote better relationships between migrants and local communities. To achieve such a goal, a multi-level and multi-sector strategy will be in place, which can benefit from several instruments: - at operational level: improvement of the conditions within the Transit Camps (by strengthening the Psychosocial Services in 4 Camps) and of the protection for the people forced to live out of the camps (by providing Basic healthcare services). The project will also develop new hospitality experiences, in particular the Community-based Services for the most vulnerable migrants (3 Safe Houses and 3 Daily Centers); - at political and educational level: BRAT aims at improving the competences of the national and local stakeholders dealing with migration issues, through Advocacy actions and Educational programs (Trainings and Study visits). It will also introduce new decision-making strategies which can better respond to all the challenges created by this migration flow in the country, inspired by the good practices and the competences developed by the partners (through their long-term experience with the migration in Italy); - at cultural and public opinion level: BRAT will increase the number of opportunities for local and migrant communities to meet each other through several Events. Among the main beneficiaries are women and minors Il progetto “BRAT – Balkan Route: Accoglienza in Transito” si occupa del fenomeno migratorio in Bosnia e Erzegovina (BiH). BRAT è una iniziativa triennale proposta da IPSIA (capofila) in ATS con Caritas Italiana e Croce Rossa Italiana, e avente come partner locali l’associazione EMMAUS, Caritas BiH, e la Società di Croce Rossa della BiH. La BiH è attraversata dai flussi migratori lungo la Rotta Balcanica fin dal 2018. In questi anni il paese non è riuscito a proporre efficaci politiche di gestione del fenomeno, nè a mettere in piedi un adeguato sistema di accoglienza. Le istituzioni bosniaco-erzegovesi a livello nazionale e locale hanno finora organizzato 6 Campi di Transito per l’accoglienza, con 5.000 posti letto complessivi, nei quali le condizioni sono molto precarie e non in linea con gli standard internazionali. Rimane inoltre ancora senza sistemazione un numero molto elevato di migranti (stimato in circa 3.000 persone) costretti a ripari improvvisati in squat, fabbriche abbandonate, rifugi nei boschi. Le condizioni di accoglienza dei migranti in BiH sono dunque estremamente preoccupanti, e sfociano ciclicamente in vere e proprie crisi umanitarie - come ad esempio la recente emergenza al campo di Lipa nel gennaio 2021. Questa situazione così problematica è causata da una molteplicità di fattori, che si possono riassumere in: 1. Debolezza istituzionale del paese in generale e della gestione della migrazione in particolare; 2. Malesse psicologico diffuso tra le diverse fasce della popolazione migrante; 3. Scarsità di accesso all’assistenza sanitaria per i migranti stessi; 4. Carenza formativa degli operatori delle organizzazioni e istituzioni che si occupano di migrazione; 5. Atteggiamento ostile della popolazione locale verso i migranti. Il progetto BRAT vuole dunque intervenire a livello politico, culturale ed operativo, per contribuire a facilitare una migrazione ordinata, sicura e responsabile in BiH (obiettivo generale del progetto – in linea con il target 10.7 degli SDGs). E’ necessario cioè introdurre nuove politiche, nuove narrazioni e nuove strutture per rendere la gestione del fenomeno nel paese piu sostenibile, efficace e in linea con gli standard internazionali. BRAT interverrà nelle 3 aree del paese maggiormente interessate dal flusso migratorio: il Cantone di Tuzla, il Cantone di Sarajevo e il Cantone di Una Sana al confine con la Croazia. In queste aree il progetto si pone l’obiettivo specifico di potenziare e diversificare i servizi di accoglienza per i migranti, migliorandone le condizioni sanitarie e psicologiche e favorendo la creazione di relazioni con la comunità di accoglienza. Per raggiungere tale obiettivo, viene proposta una strategia multilivello e multisettoriale, che prevede l’utilizzo di vari strumenti: - a livello operativo: migliorando le condizioni all’interno dei Campi di Transito (potenziamento dei Servizi Psicosociali in 4 Campi) e rafforzando le tutele per chi è costretto a vivere all’esterno dei campi (fornitura di Servizi sanitari di base). Il progetto avvierà inoltre prassi innovative di accoglienza, in particolare i Servizi in comunità per i migranti piu vulnerabili (3 Safe Houses e 3 Centri diurni); - a livello politico e formativo: tramite azioni di Advocacy e tramite percorsi di formazione (Trainings e Study visits), BRAT vuole accrescere le competenze degli stakeholders nazionali e locali incaricati di gestire il fenomeno migratorio, oltre che introdurre nuove strategie decisionali che rispondano meglio alle sfide poste da questo tipo di migrazione nel territorio - facendo leva sulle buone prassi e sulle competenze sviluppate dai partner nel loro pluriennale lavoro di accoglienza in Italia; The intervention has a future-looking perspective that rests on the notion that the future of tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina is connected to sustainable and nature-based approaches, gender responsive green growth and livelihoods, amplified by technology and innovation. Learning from the lessons generated during the COVID-19 pandemic that upended tourism globally and in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Project embraces a renewed approach, with stronger focus on resilience. Yet, the COVID-19 crisis offered a windowof opportunity for renewed tourism development approaches, designed at the intersection of green livelihoods and jobs, policies and investments that promote and safeguard sustainable tourism and environmental protection, increased community and tourists’ nature consciousness, as well as intensified technology use – a multi-angle-win to help the country recover from the pandemic and transition towards more sustainable and resilient tourism sector. Through this project, UNDP further expands and diversifies partnerships forged so far and affirms a platform of supporting sustainable tourism in the country, as part of a regional partnership network. L’iniziativa nasce per capitalizzare i risultati durante le due fasi precedenti del progetto “Via Dinarica” in Bosnia ed Erzegovina e per dare ulteriore impulso con l’obiettivo di promuovere la destinazione ViaDinarica, non solo a livello locale e regionale, ma anche sulla mappa del turismo globale. L’intervento ha una prospettiva di lungo termine, basandosi sull’idea che il futuro del turismo in Bosnia ed Erzegovina sia connesso ad approcci sostenibili basati sulla protezione del capitale naturale, sull’importanza dell’inclusione di genere e sul potenziale della tecnologia e dell’innovazione. Imparando dalle lessons learned generate durante la pandemia di COVID-19, che ha sconvolto il turismo a livello globale e in Bosnia ed Erzegovina, il progetto promuove un approccio rinnovato, con una maggiore attenzione alla resilienza. La crisi del COVID-19 ha infatti offerto una finestra di opportunità di sviluppo turistico, originate dall’intersezione di mezzi di sussistenza e posti di lavoro green, politiche e investimenti che promuovono e salvaguardano il turismo sostenibile e la protezione ambientale, una maggiore consapevolezza della comunità e della natura da parte dei turisti, come così come un uso intensificato della tecnologia: un connubio vincente multi-settoriale per aiutare il paese a riprendersi dalla pandemia e alla transizione verso un settore turistico più sostenibile e resiliente. Climate change projections for BiH predict increase in natural disasters' frequency, unpredictability, and intensity, which could exacerbate existing political and social tensions. This project will support BiH in the European Union (EU) accession process, in its strengthening good governance as well as contribute towards realizing national priorities and international commitments on DRR, while focusing on a people-centred participatory approach to improving the safety, security, and well-being of communities in hazard-prone areas, with a focus on the most vulnerable groups. The overall objective of the proposed intervention is to contribute to strengthening the resilience and preparedness to natural and human made hazards of local communities in BiH. This project will be closely coordinated with the Ministry of Security (MoS) at the national level, entity, and district level civil protecion authorities, organizations, and groups. Questo progetto sosterrà la BiH nel processo di adesione all'UE, oltre a contribuire al rafforzamento del buon governo e alla realizzazione delle priorità nazionali e degli impegni internazionali presi dal Paese in ambito di DRR, promuovendo al contempo un approccio partecipativo incentrato sulle persone che contribuirà a migliorare la sicurezza, la protezione e il benessere delle comunità nelle aree più a rischio, con particolare attenzione ai gruppi più vulnerabili. It aims to support the Ministries and Health Institutes of the Cantons in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska, strengthening the capacities of decentralized health systems to offer adequate mammography screening services. The project is focused on improving the skills of healthcare professionals in breast cancer prevention, ensuring that an increasing number of practitioners receive training and expertise in the effective management of breast cancer prevention and treatment. The aim is to develop an effective screening program with the tangible goal of significantly expanding geographical coverage. The initiative also includes having the experts trained during the previous project not only participate in training with other experts in oncology centers in the Federation and Republic of Srpska but also actively share the expertise they have acquired. This process will not merely involve a transfer of knowledge but will serve as an opportunity to foster collaboration among healthcare professionals across ethnic and political-administrative boundaries. The goal is to create a collaborative network that, through the sharing of experiences and skills, can contribute to improving cancer care throughout the country, ensuring benefits for all women in the areas of intervention. In fact, the pathologies are often found at an advanced stage, so that their treatment cannot be resolutive and non-invasive.As shown by many good practices in Europe and in Italy, the ability to care must be combined with a culture of health and prevention that leads the population towards the awareness of the need to carry out routine checks before the diseases occur, as part of health, well-being and life care. The spread of this culture allows to save many lives and treat diseases diagnosed in non-advanced phases better and in a less invasive way. This is why this initiative crosses female empowerment with health. There can be no effective treatment without a stronger women awareness about the acts necessary to preserve their own health and, with it, all their rights. This proposal come from the effective and historic collaboration between the Piedmont Region and the Canton of Zenica/Doboj in Bosnia which, in collaboration with RE.TE, have allowed to develop on site the ability to treat cancer diseases, bringing not only the resources for the preparation and allocation of the departments, but also to conduct a personnel training in Italy and on site. After years of fruitful collaboration in terms of results and relationships, the meaning of this proposal lies in the implementation of an intervention that allows to enhance what has been achieved so far, working to locally grow the culture of prevention (sensitization, dissemination, information to the population) and that the care chain of Bosnian women by the local health institutions reflects European quality standards. To do this, it is necessary to work with local associations centered in women's rights so that they become, as in our country, vehicles and sentinels of the right to health and prevention. Together with them, an information campaign will be prepared and implemented according to the standards of Italian and European organizations, that have been involved for years in the involvement of women for the right to treatment, well-being and prevention of specifically female diseases. The action plans to involve the Federal level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because all the cancer treatment centers of the Federation can share and standardize their level of prevention and care in their territories of reference. The prevention campaign will be made available to all these centers, as well as training in breast cancer screening programs. The Federal Ministry of Health has already expressed its intention and willingness to participate in work and to spread uniform standards in this field throughout the territory. A pilot breast cancer screening project will be conducted in the canton of Zenica/Doboj to serve as a case study to all centers, for the adaptation of their current procedures towards a common standard. The action will be conducted among the subjects of a partnership that has already guaranteed the achievement of important results and is recognized in Bosnia as a reference for the treatment and treatment of cancer diseases, to which will be added entities and specific realities that in Europe and Bosnia deal with women's rights. Thanks to this action, we will bring the Bosnian female population to the possibility of curing and surviving widespread diseases. Fondo COVID-19_AID_011861: Lo scopo dell'iniziativa è permettere la cura delle patologie tumorali femminili in Bosnia Erzegovina, dove i tassi di incidenza e mortalità di questi tumori sono fino a tre volte superiori a quelli dei Paesi europei, nonostante esistano in loco le capacità di cura. Infatti, le patologie vengono sovente riscontrate ad uno stadio cosi avanzato da non poter consentirne la cura in modo risolutivo e non invasivo.Come dimostrato da molte buone pratiche in Europa ed in Italia, la capacità di cura deve abbinarsi ad una cultura sanitaria e di prevenzione che porti la popolazione verso la coscientizzazione della necessità di effettuare controlli di routine prima che le patologie si manifestino, come parte del prendersi cura della propria salute, del proprio benessere e della propria vita. Il diffondersi di questa cultura permette di salvare molte vite e di curare meglio e in maniera meno invasiva le patologie che vengono diagnosticate in fasi non avanzate. Ecco perchè questa iniziativa incrocia l'empowerment femminile con la salute. Non vi puo essere cura efficace senza una sempre più forte presa di coscienza delle donne sui gesti necessari a preservare la loro stessa salute e con essa tutti i loro diritti. Questa proposta nasce inoltre dall'efficace e storica collaborazione tra la Regione Piemonte e il Cantone di Zenica/Doboj in Bosnia che, in collaborazione con RE.TE., hanno permesso negli scorsi anni di sviluppare in loco la capacità di curare le patologie tumorali, portando non solo le risorse per la preparazione e dotazione dei reparti, ma anche di condurre una lunga formazione del personale in Italia e in loco. Dopo anni di collaborazione proficua in termini di risultati e di relazioni, il senso di questa proposta risiede quindi nell'implementazione di un intervento che permetta di valorizzare quanto sino ad ora realizzato, lavorando affinche cresca localmente la cultura della prevenzione (sensibilizzazione, diffusione, informazione alla popolazione) e che la catena di presa in carico delle donne bosniache da parte delle locali istituzioni sanitarie rispecchi gli standard di qualità europei. Per fare questo, è necessario lavorare con le locali associazioni che si occupano di diritti delle donne perche diventino, come nel nostro paese, veicolo e sentinelle del diritto alla salute e prevenzione. Insieme a loro, verrà preparata e realizzata una campagna di informazione secondo gli standard degli Enti Italiani e Europei che si occupano da anni del coinvolgimento delle donne al diritto alla cura, al benessere e alla prevenzione delle patologie specificatamente femminili. L'azione prevede di coinvolgere il livello Federale della Bosnia Erzegovina perche tutti i centri di trattamento oncologico della Federazione possano condividere ed uniformare il loro livello di prevenzione e cura nei loro territori di riferimento. La campagna di prevenzione verrà messa a disposizione di tutti questi centri,cosi come la formazione ai programmi di screening del tumore alla mammella. Il Ministero Federale della Salute ha già espresso la propria intenzione e disponibilità ad un lavoro partecipato e tutorato di diffusione su tutto il territorio di standard uniformi in questo campo. Nel cantone di Zenica/Doboj verrà condotto un progetto pilota di screening del tumore della mammella a che servirà come caso studio a tutti i centri per l'adattamento delle loro attuali procedure verso uno standard comune. L'azione verrà condotta tra i soggetti di un partenariato che ha già garantito il raggiungimento di importanti risultati ed è riconosciuto inBosnia come riferimento per il trattamento e cura delle patologie tumorali, ai quali si aggiungeranno enti e realtà specifiche che in Europa e Bosnia si occupano di diritti delle donne. The initiative aims to combat the unemployment rate, through its three results: training; job creation; removal of obstacles to the inclusion of women, ensuring gender equality, and of disabled people, to revitalize the labor market and the development of trade, contributing to the mitigation of climate change, the protection of biodiversity, developing participation in democratic life. Characteristics of the initiative are the intersectional approach, which indicates an economic growth that cannot be understood as separate from environmental protection, gender equality, principles of equity and ethics, represented here by Fondazione Finanza Etica, and a high rate of systemic social innovation, applied to training, business startups, taking in charge all vulnerabilities. The effectiveness of the training is also determined by research conducted by the North East Development Agency on the misalignment between the skills possessed by workers and the real needs of local businesses (cause of the weakening of the labor market), facilitating a concrete employment opportunity. The initiative involves the creation of quality, professional, on-the-job training courses, identified on the basis of the development strategies of the Regions involved and also developed in collaboration with private companies, 3 Universities, the actors of the Italian System; represented by the Association of Italian Companies in BiH, in line with the need (EU Report 23, UNESCO and UNICEF 23) to improve the quality of education and training to support a long-term economic growth. These paths include paid internships and periods of stay in Italy. The initiative increases green employment through the creation and strengthening of n. 2 business start-ups and through the matching of young people with the world of work and actions to highlight informal work, which will lead to the registration of new companies. The start-ups, aimed at artisanal and agri-food production, will be managed, after a business incubation process, by disabled young people from the JU special school in Tuzla and by women in economic and social vulnerability from Srebrenica. In this perspective, is very significant the involvement of the Italian profit world, such as C.O.R.A.Lab SRL, a spin-off of the Urbino University, Perché ci credo SRL, Confartigianato Lecce, which will support the strengthening of small businesses, also selected on the basis of their potential social, economic and environmental impact, guaranteed by preliminary market research by Nerda, by the quality of training, and by distribution and sales channels already identified in Italy and Bosnia. The initiative Allegato 2_Modello Documento Unico di Progetto_DUP_Bando Promossi 2023 8 involves actions aimed at removing the obstacles that limit training participation and entry into the job market for disadvantaged people, in particular women and disabled people (one of the most marginalized categories in the country). The Accessibility Center of the KT Pedagogical Institute will be strengthened and the gender mainstream approach will be adopted. Sustainable actions aimed at alleviating the burden on women are included. The involvement of the Pedagogical Institute, Leptire and Anfass is a guarantee of the representativeness of the interests of disabled people in the project. Actions to strengthen the capacities of local NGOs are provided to ensure multiplier effects. The initiative, as an expression of a broad partnership rooted in the territory, was born from a participatory approach and promotes generative actions, which will produce long-term effects L’iniziativa promossa da 26 partner, tra enti pubblici, privati, aziende e OSC locali ed italiane, ha l’obiettivo di incentivare, secondo un approccio intersezionale, una crescita economica, duratura, equa, inclusiva e sostenibile, un'occupazione piena, produttiva ed un lavoro dignitoso in Bosnia ed Erzegovina (d’ora in poi BiH), in linea con le richieste di adeguamento UE. L’iniziativa ha il fine di contrastare la rate sulla disoccupazione, attraverso i suoi tre risultati: formazione; creazione di posti di lavoro; rimozione degli ostacoli all’inclusione delle donne, garantendo la parità di genere, e dei disabili, di rivitalizzare il mercato del lavoro e lo sviluppo del commercio, contribuendo alla mitigazione del cambiamento climatico, alla tutela della biodiversità, sviluppando la partecipazione alla vita democratica. Caratteristiche dell’iniziativa sono l’approccio intersezionale, che indica una crescita economica che non può essere intesa come separata dalla tutela ambientale, dalla parità di genere, da principi di equità e eticità, qui rappresentati da Fondazione Finanza Etica, e da un alto tasso di innovazione sociale sistemica, applicata alla formazione, alle startup di impresa e alla presa in carico delle vulnerabilità. L’efficacia della formazione è determinata anche da una ricerca, condotta dall’Agenzia NERDA,sul disallineamento tra le competenze possedute dai lavoratori e le reali necessità delle imprese locali (causa dell’indebolimento del mercato del lavoro) facilitando un concreto sbocco occupazionale. L’iniziativa prevede la creazione di percorsi formativi di qualità, professionali, on the job, identificati sulla base delle strategie di sviluppo delle Regioni coinvolte e sviluppati anche in collaborazione con imprese private, e 3 Università, gli attori del Sistema Italia rappresentati dall’Associazione Imprese Italiane in BiH, in linea con l’esigenza (Report UE 23, UNESCO e UNICEF 23) di migliorare la qualità dell'istruzione e della formazione per sostenere una crescita economica a lungo termine. Tali percorsi includono tirocini retribuiti e periodi di permanenza in Italia. L’iniziativa aumenta l’occupazione verde attraverso la creazione e il rafforzamento di 2 start up di impresa, il matching dei giovani con il mondo del lavoro e azioni di emersione dal lavoro informale, che porteranno alla registrazione di nuove ditte. Le start-up, volte alla produzione artigianale e agroalimentare, saranno gestite, dopo un percorso di incubazione di impresa, da giovani disabili della scuola speciale JU di Tuzla e dalle donne in vulnerabilità economica e sociale di Srebrenica.
